I'm not sure what you're getting at mate TBH, 2 members have sent emails to a particular cue maker with one member sending multiple emails yet we are getting no response whatsoever, not even a courtesy email saying no more orders being taken etc yet because I'm going to give my money to another cue maker I'm the bad person with a bad attitude.

If he was on a long holiday or something like that, without an access to his email, what would you say then? Not saying this the case, but you never know. All I'm saying his serivce is maybe the best I've experienced from countless intercourses. Can asure you, the wait is worth every minute if you after a great cue. I am sure there is a reason why he didn't reply. If you decide not to wait, its fair enough. Just don't judge too quickly

            I'd say:

"set your emails so that anyone who attempts to contact you gets an automatic reply stating as such."

The "only things you can think of", won't cover all the reason's why you haven't been given a reply.

Reading Les147's reply doesn't seem to fit any of them, and if he hasn't got access to your email, how can he be ignoring it ?

I do think though, unless the reason for being away ( if it occured before the accident ) was very sudden, then an out of office rule, would alert potential new customers that you may not get a reply immediately.

Try call Coutts shop. Number on website. I can vouch for the excellence of his cues, you will wait for a cue to be made but well worth it.

I think you need to give Dave a chance, as already said he had a short vacation and then had some bad luck riding his bike..I am self employed and work 50 weeks a year, the other two are to try to relax and forget all about work...he was probably doing just that.
I do know that he is recovering now, as I have a cue there right now to be altered.
Best trying again I would say.

Sometimes the mailbox of a cue maker has spam. that means, you send an email, but he don't see it. I understand your frustration. but this cue makers are ordinary people just like us.!!!! they may be ill or crash or ... Please be patient. Devid is one of the best. it's worth it to wait and try again.

One name youve left off your list is Andy Travis. Making excellent cues at the moment to match the best out there IMO
