            Well had insurance guy on phone car had 25000 milage on clock so he oferd £1400 but a got a £400 exes due to one of my other cars went on fire 2 years ago so don't have to sell all cues

                      you dont have to accept their first offer, if you know the car was worth more and you have examples of similar on autotrader etc you can negotiate more
                      I once got £2k more for the value of a car I wrote-off purely because I showed similar cars (make model spec) on autotrader but mine had much lower mileage

                          Don't buy a Suzuki Swift. We bought one and it's been in the garage more then the road. At least that's what if feels like. Master clutch cylinder replace, slave clutch cylinder replaced. Apparently there was a issue with these items in the 2005 model. Guess which one I got.

                          The Honda was the most reliable car we ever owned. Had it 10 years and only need new brakes/tyres. Traded it in for the Suzuki. :dispirited:
