  • 60" + cue

Hi all. I'm 6ft 5 and want to try a long cue out for couple of months to see if its of any benefit. Have used 57&58 inch cues and I don't feel comfortable and have to grip the cue right at the butt. Does anywhere sell mass produced long cues or is anybody selling a long cue? I want to crib the cue like a normal person. Don't want to spend a fortune as for one I not really got the funds, and for 2 if it doesn't suit I don't want to be stuck with something useless. Any help appreciated.
    Thanks
    Danny

    hi fishermandan,
im 6'4 and i use a 57" cue, im okay with this length on most shots although i know really id be better off with a longer cue. but thats not to say anything too long. i use to play with a 61" (it was an extended club cue) and even made my first ton with it, but i'd never go to that size again. i believe 58.5 would be just right for me and anything over that would be too long.

It completely depends on how you play if you play with a proper stance like me then you need a long cue for example mark king is over 6ft but plays with a 57" because he plays with both legs bent same as Ricky Walden. I'm 6 2 and play with 60". I do have a professional parris 61" 8.5mm Ferrell for sale for 300 on here. Pm if any? ?

That is a superb price for a glover cue trevorwhitemast, worth someone getting and altering even. I paid over 300 for mine (second hand) and was pleased with that. If you put it on pingo or whatever its called surely that will fly.
