        apparently joints are all wrong, finish is rough - not a great example, will cost £250 to sort it.

                I spoke to him (steve james) lovely bloke, had a kidney and pancreas replacement a short while ago. Explains why he looks rough. Can hardly play nowadays. Its a cue he had for 10+years but not they cue he used in his hey day. Tying to get into coaching now, as he recovers, doing the courses required, hope it works out for him. Used to like watching him when playing. Who potted 16 reds against the hurricane?

                  got an old cue world mag from 80's or might be early 90's where steve is interviewed and explains how hes bought a new cue from hunt & o bryne and best cue hes had. wonder if hes still got it?

                    As I was reading this it was niggling me that he used a H&O. Great player to watch and always came across as a nice guy.

                            Well done andrew i went upto 750 but didnt get back to me, wouldve gone a little higher. Is it a red glue model? He didnt know what that was! Again well done mate.
