Have a guess Dean ..........i can't believe that it would have been sent to a customer like that . And this is in no way bashing the Cue Maker . Who does obviously make very good cues . Just find it strange .

The sellers pointed it out in the listing so don't think it matters too much..

That's exactly what i thought ........also don't like the fact that it has been mucked about with ....i.e not original .

Doesn't take anything away from the cue , just my personal opinion .

At least the seller is spot on with his description of the cue .

Parris cues are terrible for this sort of thing in my opinion, and on an Ultimate cue it is un-forgivable, should be classed as a sin bin cue but price is still sky high !!!!

                        Shouldn't be out at all
Trev, Mike, Glover etc etc seem to manage it ok, and are a lot cheaper (well maybe not Mike lol)

Splices not too far out !

seen other cues with poor splicing but they all seem to have been alterations by JP (like this one); where unaltered ones appear to be better
as said if others can get alignment right why can't JP?

All kidding aside, the cue is about the shaft and the strike. I wonder how many world titles have been won by cues with even splicing.

Loads i shouldn't wonder . We know that it is all about playability , but i personally like even splices if i am paying that sort of money for a cue .
