ye olde ash cue

Is it just me or does this cue look a little too fresh and clean to be an original ye olde?
Saying as when I've seen ye oldes for sale online the ink on the badge has weared out a bit or there is a little bit of wear and tear but this looks like its never been used?
Still a lovely looking cue just wondered what others thought?

Plus the seller says it's either a 2nd edition original, or a tony Ions cue. Still nice for the price. imho

it is an early tony ions copy - looks a great cue for the start price though!
