Looking for someone who can place an order with maximus for me

Hi guys I could have ordered a maximus ultimate a while ago direct from maximus for a great price but they no longer seem to be taking orders from the UK and just advice you to go to GBL or craftsman but I'm not willing to pay £592 for a maximus ultimate when I have got their price list and I know how much of a mark up that is.
If there are any members in Thailand who could get me a maximus ultimate to my spec then please let me know and I will arrange some sort of deal to make it worth your time

A lot less than in the shops !! if i told you i would have to............ well you can guess the rest lol
But don't forget that would not include delivery, import taxes etc etc

Yes I had the price list though that was about 2 1/2 years ago so I suppose they may have increased slightly. The shops even with the import duty are making a pretty decent profit lets put it that way!

Why is everyone so secretive on this site I see they run from 375 for a plain ebony and ash to 600 for a hendry style triple spliced cue but what would it cost direct?.

I believe you just have to be a resident outside of the uk to get the 'price' so maybe if you have friends/family that live else where it could solve the problem

Just a plain ebony cue, and yes it's before any other costs, but it doesn't really mean anything because you cannot order direct if in UK

I may be well out but I think all payments add around £100 onto that cost so GBL would clear around £100 profit. Not outrageous IMO especially when you consider SOME cue makers are importing ready made cues and adding £200 onto the cost.

Please, no more Thaigate, only an opinion!

that would all depend on the value of the cue in the 1st place on a £150 cue I think you could add around £60 and probably the more you order the cheaper it is.

Your probably right mate, I just did some quick working out.

I've got a Ton Praram cue on order at the moment. £240 before postage for a top of the range Beyond cue direct with them. Jack is a really helpful guy with excellent English and responds quickly.

I'm really hoping its a player.
