Got this Jaffa, not to your specs at present and does have a name stamped in between the splice fingers but solid and cheap for you at £40 delivered mate

heres 2 ive found out think ive got somemore,one on right is 58 ins long,whippy 11mm tip,one on left is 57 ins long not so whippy 9.5 tip but worn under ferrul.,,,.#

what are your really looking for and why jaffa? you can get a few types of whippy, one with more body movement, one with more top half movement and or both
