Too late Neil, it arrived yesterday and I've butchered it already. I'm rebutting it with walnut with a single maple veneer and wenge splice. It has a thick typical '70's taper so I'm going to slim it down a tad as well. It has a good shaft btw, which is what really matters, and it will look pretty good when the grain is darkened and oiled up. It is very light but I'm not going to add any weight as my prospective customer already hits the ball far too hard.
