Fake Coutts cues cue on ebay

Please be aware that there is a fake cue being sold on eBay. Reference number 181562055743. This cue is nothing to do with Dave Coutts or Coutts cues, we have contacted seller asking him to remove it and have also reported it to ebay as fraud.

Yeah i did, that's one part of ebay that needs sorting, sometimes it doesn't let you leave bad feedback

ebay just don't care so lang as they get there money! I recently bought a cue that was described as refurbished, turned up in a shocking state, his answer, it was refurbished 30 years ago when he got it, the extentions looked like he'd been playing fetch with a pit bull! Ebay messed up the return and closed the case and after 2 seperate 1 hour conversations eventually said i could return the cue to him and THEY would refund me the money! So he was going to get his cue back and get to keep my money!!!! One very imature, although not uncalled for, hissy fit later and they reversed the descision and i got a refund and got to keep the cue! Suppose it was a victory but it just feels dirty now.

I think on ebay convenience outweighs customer service
some people think paypal is the dogs b****x to but when someone can blatantly try to rip off not only the buyer but the 'named' maker then the whole ebay experience is flawed
