if its for sale, put it in the correct section and pay the commission!

or are you waiting for someone to come and put a blind offer in way more than its worth???

I think you are being harsh - I had a few cues off this seller and he never over charges and always communicates and sends things out properly and quick and is honest with his descriptions of a particular cues playing qualities - if you ask me he is a great member of this forum - but he seems to get a bit more than his fair share of stick on threads - not just talking about cues here. I think this puts him on the defensive a wee bit so I would not take it the wrong way - he is a nice guy really.

If he wants to tease us all with tasty cues let him carry on I say - I like it when people like him do this actually - Christmas is coming after all. Like he says we don't have to buy everything or comment and no harm in window shopping.

Maybe Mellow Yellow is a bit miffed that he's followed all the rules and his Mastercraft hasn't sold?

Certainly needs to consider changing half of his username. .

To be fair he's got a point, it does appear to be a way of avoiding The dreaded Panjo! But in the current climate I don't think theres anything wrong with sticking a few feelers out, if 2 or 3 people are interested then you might get more money sticking it on Ebay and letting it find it's value rather than putting it on here and have everyone hijacking your thread telling you it's to expensive cos they can't afford it!

In a similar vein, I am thinking of selling 3 cues I own ( Woolie custom, Woolie macassar legend, and Crispian Jones Certificate cue ).

Was planning on ebay or Panjo, but interested in advice from sellers on the forum as to the best time to list them.

Would I be better waiting until nearer Xmas ? or after Xmas when folk might have some gift cash ?

As soon as the worlds are on the BBC, I've found is always the best time to sell. Don't know if there is any proof to it but I estimate cues go for around 20% more when everyone has the snooker bug?

I bow to your superior knowledge and experience oh mighty one! At my level though turning around cues around the £80-£100 mark, can usually stick an extra £20 on at least, and certainly can't find any bargains.
