Just got back from 5 nights all inclusive at Sheffields northern general hospital, feel good now but said that last time, take it easy for a few days then back to normal I hope.

My brothers just got over pneumonia and he went back to work after a few days in hospital and he felt like he had hit a brick wall, he's 37 and very fit (and I don't mean good looking with nice curves).

Take it slow mate, ease into it and you'll get there faster.

I've had pneumonia countless time's. Hospital stay is always best. Take is easy when you get out because it is easy to feel well in hospital (because of the steriods) and over do it when you come out. Believe me, I speak from experience

After 3 sessions in hospital 19 nights total since early october finally sorted, feel better than ever, back doing cues/repairs
