Andrew gibbs cue
Andy Gibbs is here on TSF (bigandyg) so be careful what you say  and he has made some cracking cues with good reviews.
there are several makers that can do you a replacement shaft
what are you after and why?
3/4 or 1/2
ash maple
tip size (snooker /pool)

there is another thread about having two shafts (pool/snooker) and you have those that like the setup and others that don't
I personally have two cues for the different games
go for it
let us know how you get on
do you play league or just mates?Up the TSF! :snooker:

Thank you will look into two shaft mainly for the occasional game with mates but could also double up as a break shaft for pool as well i guess,i play league pool but dont play league snooker as of yet. just out of interest how much would you say this type of cue is worth the seller is looking for around the £200 mark worth or should i try to wittle him down ?

"type of cue worth"
1. a cue is only worth what someone is prepared to pay
2. what type of cue. ? do you mean an Andy Gibbs pool cue?
3. whittle down, ...
you have been offered an AG pool cue, in good condition (?), and you know the seller, and you are thinking of buying a pool cue, for your league matches
you could bargain and reduce the price.
never hurts to ask
also at 8.5mm, for UK pool you really don't need a break cue/shaft, it could be an ok size for breaking unless you are a really heavy wallop breaker (watch out for the windows type guy) then this cue could be ok.Last edited by DeanH; 3 December 2014, 02:02 AM.Up the TSF! :snooker:

Might be wrong but I think Andy was selling cues on ebay brand new around the £150 mark, and the only cue i can find recently on ebay went for £110. That said his cues are very under valued, why don't you PM him and see what he's got available? No one is listening until you make a mistake!
