He may be an outstanding cue maker but boy is it hard to get him to e-mail you back! I've sent him like 5 emails now and the funny thing is they were to ask him how/when he would like to be paid! He's like the scarlet pimpernel on times lol I understand he’s busy and all but its not a good omen for after sales support!

The guy is really busy at the moment! Though he is a little hard to get hold of sometimes I can't fault his dedication to the customer... i recently arranged to collect a cue from him which didn't go according to the original plan, but he pulled out the stops and pretty much delivered it instead.

I am waiting for a response to PM from Trevor too... though as i have my cue in my hands my situation is not quite as pressing as yours Darth!

No, not relaxing sadly, especially when the turbo in my car has just blown....nasty that.

I understand that occasionally I am not easy to pin down immediately, but I'm extremely busy, and, I do have a life and responsibilities away from my PC and workshop.

320d BMW.

The turbo has been replaced once under warranty and now looks to have suffered the same problem, I ain't happy.

I'm hoping BMW will part fund the work, as a good will gesture. It isn't good enough at all really, so I'm expecting something substantial from them.

turbo is normally ok on those - if you get stuck with it its not a difficult repair though just expensive.

Bloody cars. Im distinctly poorer after my annual service last week. Sorry to hear about the turbo trouble Trevor. Hope its sorted soon and BMW do the decent thing.

they are a total pain - i blew the cluth and flywheel on my jag recently and was so pi55ed off i ebayed it and got about 3k less than it was worth!

The annoying thing is the car is driven sensibly, looked after, serviced as and when it should be by a BMW specialist, and it still goes......again.

I am hoping they will live up to the reputation they have and sort it, but I ain't holding my breath.
