im trying to get a quote and some pics off trevor at the minute, hes really helpful, i have a few parris cues and wooldridge cues, parris arent worth the money, wooldridge cue are very good but i feel that trevors cues are easily as good, but its the personal touch that swings it for him, very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgable.

hi, what did you feel was wrong with the Parris cues? i found my one lacked quality, like it was rushed and not taken time over? what bout you?

The cue felt 'unfinished', when i got it i rubbed some mike wooldridge oil into it to try and make it feel better but it just sucked the oil up straight away, it took about 4 attempts until the cue felt right, they are also a nightmare to get hold of and never get back to you.

I had a parris ultimate 1 piece that i sent away to get into 3/4 and they accidentally threw the butt away!

                        They threw the butt away!!!!!!
They cut your cue into bits then threw the bottom away!!!!!!
                        Did you take legal advice?
Did you think about burning the shop down?
What did they do to stop you from doing the above?

with that sort of treatment are you sure you were not in a mercedes dealership rather than a cue shop?

There was not a lot i could do, i didnt want to kick up a fuss because i thought that they would slow down the production of my new butt.

The new butt is 100% ok, even the splices of the ebony match up with the cue, as ADR says they are a bit hit and miss, i wonder how many different people make the cues in the workshop????
