dear luke .. first of all .. welcome to TSF ..
then i think is better you email him instead of waiting for him to email you. Trevor is a very busy man and sometimes takes quite long to get reply from him. There are a few TW cues for sales in the forum .. check out other threads too .. if you need one quite soon.

Just wanted to say thanks to you all, I'm not exactly happy with my cue but ordered some tips (Can't get on with the Kamui) from ADR and thought that would do the trick, but I've read this thread from start to finish and ended up sending Trevor an email - I want one now thanks to you bloody lot lol

Lol, same thing happened to me...... I couldn't get on with the Kamui tips too.

Lol, i have never seen his phone number on here before, would you want constant bombarding with calls/texts from all over the world ??? i think not, you can ignore emails (which Trevor does) but it's harder to ignore phone constantly ringing !!!!!

Well it's not exactly a secret as it's one of the most common subjects on this site !!
People are always saying "is it normal for Trevor to not answer emails" etc, OK i will re-phrase it, Trevor does not ignore emails, rather he just doesn't respond to them. When the time comes when your cue is ready, then he will get in touch.
I think that is a fair summary

Have been out of the country for the last week or so, and am only aware of you attempting to contact me through an email link to this thread this morning. As yet, I've not got around to looking into the emails I've received while away. Also, as has been mentioned below in this thread, yes, I do fail to reply to emails at times, and yes, I definitely do not answer all phone calls, for numerous reasons.
