hi, i am seriously considering getting a new trevor white cue, he seems quite a genuine guy... does anyone on this forum own one of his cues, and if so what do you think about the overall quality, i.e. compared to a john parris cue?

I've got one!
I've not got much to add though!
I chose Trevor because he is top quality, reasonable on price and a good bloke.
He's not the cheapest cuemaker but if you have been looking at Woodrdge and Parris then Trevs cues are a bargin; and IMO better.

Hello,
Sorry I didn't reply I've been away for a few days!
I actually went to Gretna Green and got married but that's another story!
Anyway yes from what I've seen Trevors cues are better than Parris. I have seen and played with a few Parris cue and I've not seen one better than my cue. I've only seen one Wooldridge cue and didn't play with it but Trevor is better value!
I also live close to Kev Muncaster (northwest cues) who made John Higgins' new cue and I still used Trevor!

hi belloz i have seen and played with a couple of trevors cues and although some people have a stallwart attitude to cuemakers i keep an open mind and in my opinion trevors are every bit as good as john paris. he has also worked on repairs on my cue too and although a bit scary while it was away i was overjoyed when i got it back as it was easily as good as before damage.questions are only easy if you know the answers

yea, long long wait but i really looking forward to it, my old cue broke today (dragon cues) the butt split around the joint - so annoyed
the specs of my new trevor white cue is
*1 piece ash cue
*17.5 - 17.75oz
*standard length
*9.3mm tip
I altered one of his designs, made some alterations
he is a great great guy, very honest about his work and very helpful and understanding, i was quite anxious because the last cue i had made broke so easily (cost £330 ) the bloke who made it wont repair it, then my john parris one lacked the feeling of quality.
I have heard some good things about trevor white cues and i am extremely looking forward to my new cue. Just got to buy a new one piece case
- has anyone got any pictures of their trevor white cue?
