Received my cue earlier this week and it's everything I expected and more. Absolutely stunning to look at and, kind of importantly, play with also.

888 Up and down, there are 13 'arrows' or chevrons on the back of the cue and 7 on the front. It really is beautiful and couldn't have asked for more!

i have never heard of a customer not being happy with a trevor white cue and i am 100% sure trevor will sort it out for you.

New photo of my Trevor white cue (just need the disc). This is the final design and relly impatient to see it.
I hope that the cue will come here without problem unlike Aussie8ball and think that Andrew is right to say that Trevor will sort it out for you.

I'm extremely disappointed in hearing this news, and, I've sent a PM to Shane to try to resolve any issues he has.

I will say that I'm a little amazed at these events, as I know the package went via UPS, and, that it was FULLY waterproof in transit.

Also, just to clarify for anyone else reading, I do offer people the progress of their cue build if they wish to have any update, although in this case Shane specified he didn't require this, as he understood how busy things can get. He said to let him know when it was done and not to be concerned about it until then.

I really appreciated that, as I've told him.

Hopefully, we can sort this issue out and get a good outcome.

whilst Trevor is able to walk on water with regards to cue making as far as i am concerned, as of yet I believe he is unable to 1. ensure couriers do what they are paid to do and 2. Influence the climate half way round the world!

I would be very surprisd if this does not conclude in a satisfactory outcome for you
