Butt sizes V2

everyone probably hates seeing my name pop up with a new post recently but im back again with another question.Im having a new one piece cue made but there is only one bit of the specification im stuck on and that is the butt size as some cues with the same size butt seem more chunky until the splice whilst other seem very thin.I prefer the chunky style but dont know how to request it as i cant explain it. any help would be much appreciated.

From reading the info on the aurora cues website. That could be due to the taper of the cue. Some cone shaped cues will get thicker and thicker right up to the bottom of the cue, others may have a cylinder like shape at the grip area, and different types may feel different in the hand.
