Been a few threads on this - I cant personally see how this helps on a cue as it is too low down to see the line and even if it was further up you would be taking your eyes off where you should be aiming - might be wrong but not heard anyone praise it that was not being paid to say so but might be wrong and might not have understood the principle properly so I am open to changing my opinion if someone has more working knowledge of it.

I do think the cheese board line thing can be a useful thing to get you to understand your alignment if used in conjunction with a snooker coach who understands the principles of it.
This however can be replicated easily without paying for it and you could just use the baulk line in a similar way.

If anyone wants to improve there are no real short cuts apart from a bit of good coaching and hundreds of hours on the table - solo play - ingraining it and setting targets.

Well this principle is easily replicated on any cue with a bit of blue peter imagination probably - I dont know who is making them at that price but I don't think I would be buying one any time soon.

If you are considering spending that kind of money Trevor White - Coutts Parris or something go for it

Personally you would get more enjoyment and a better chance of improving in other ways - gimmicks and poor craftsmanship do not do anything for your game that a half decent cue for 300 pounds and a half dozen coaching sessions every month for six months and 20 hours a week solo practice would not do much better.

All just gimmicks mate and sales men trying to flog you stuff.

Nothing will make you a better player other than hours and hours on the practice table.
