Cue makers in Northern Ireland

I have a Mastercraft cue which needs refinished are there any cue makers in Northern Ireland who do this rather than me sending it to England?

I know of two cue makers and both are on TSF
Jim Black (JimB) in Millisle
Martin Daly with Tyrone Cues (platt) in Tyrone (no less! )
whether they do such work, not sure
I think there is a cue shop/pool table place as well that could do modifications but I can find any details at the mo.

I think any of these 2 guys could do that as both very good, althou you do hear alot more about Martin Daly at Tyrone Cues in the snooker/pool circle maybe as he is a business but not sure if Jim is or just a hobby of his. I know Martin is producing some stunning cues lately and well worth giving him a ring.
