  • Do you play with a vintage cue ?

Just wondered how many players use a real old vintage cue as their regular cue ? I know many of the members collect vintage cues but would be interested how many use them, (And dont just keep them in a display rack,) the model age and name would be most interesting. I now play with a Riley Burwat from the 1980s.

I guess I do with my 80s cue. What is your cutoff year for vintage definition?

An old peradon made maple cue badged by padmore and sons, circa 1930s is my playing cue. I have an even older, circa 1920s E A Clare cue that's currently with andy travis having a ferrule fitted. That's my back up cue. Can't beat vintage in my opinion

I play with a Camkin cue that my grandad bought from his shop in Birmingham before the war.
          1920's or 30's.
