  • What happened to the £50 cues?

When you think how many hundreds of thousand of cues if not millions that there must be out there, makes you wonder why folk wont part with some of them at a cheap price. Thousand more new cues join the market every year to add to the total. (no wonder there aren't any trees left)

There must be guys up and down the country with good bog standard ash and ebony cues, stashed in boxes, under beds and in wardrobes all believing that one day someone will come along and pay them hundreds of pounds for them (probably been thinking that way for the last 30 yrs and not budging lol)

So come on guys rise to the challenge, clear out some of those old cues and make the missus happy.

What have you got that you will part with for £50 or less? see how many you can sell on here.

This cue has been leaning against a wall on ebay AU for a long time (maybe a year?)

      http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/snooker-c...item3cf4428431

      Only $10

My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins.
      I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)

One of the best posts I've seen on here. Spot on, if you don't play with then give it to someone who can or sell it. They're meant to be played with. It's a great way for someone to new to the game to get hold of a decent starter cue that will be loads better than some Riley rubbish and not as expensive as a Peradon that may not be as good anyway.
