How old does anyone believe my Kingsley Kennersley Cue?

Anyone have an idea who would of made this?

Would guess at peradon.

My guess would also be for Peradon as it looks like they took a Joe Davis cue, changed the wording on the rectangle badge, the stamps are familiar to Peradon.
Date wise not sure but as Kingsley Kennerley was both Amateur World Champion several times in both Billiards and Snooker; I would guess they made this cue after 1940 and before the war; but could have been made just after the war up to the 50s, as by then Kingsley was a professional snooker player but faded away by the 60s.
He still played into the 70s and was an inaugural Pot Black contestant.
