    Continue from previous post.

Mike Wooldridge has his Legend Cue (which I have heard many times is the best cue on the market for the money, although I have no idea how much they are)
Stamford Cues have the Series 1 ranges

Not sure on the rest, Coutts, White etc.....

How can one possibly say anything is the best cue on the market for the money?? Completely subjective and to be honest pointless.

Each of the cuemakers will deliver a good quality cue and each one of them will have different quality of shafts etc in house of course all at a premium. Some are dearer than others, which is no different than anything else in life.

Jim (Jawes is a good bet) but if something really special or something very unusual, Crispian Jones for me. Great cues, great cases.

If it's a pretty regular cue with/without lots of fancy splices, then it is THE MAN: JOHN PARRIS!

But you know this already, lol.

          They cost £450 plus postage
Coutts and White both have very long waiting times

Crispian Jones Signature Series, signed certificates, AAA individual numbering (very ltd) and stunningly beautiful for £450-£750. Which isn't expensive really, considering a Parris equivalent would be a grand.

            Check this out 2V:

There's a bit of art in his cues. He uses script on his badge, so he's not just imitating JP as some cue makers do or vice versa, nice touch. He'll make you anything you want that's humanly possible. His finish is first rate and the prices are what I call fair. I think he shows slightly more value for money than MW/Glover/TW but I may be a bit biased! Let's put it this way, it's up there with JPUs from my experience.

I am able to take orders for custom cue.
90% of cues I make are custom orders.

I have just had a look on Crispian Jones website. His cues look beautiful. I have sent an email so will update you as the process continues. Cheers

Last week i received my new Andy Travis cue. It was made to my specs and delivered in under 4 weeks.

IMHO it's not only very well made and stunningly beautiful, but it plays exactly how i want it to.

I only got round to using it an hour before a league match and I won my match. I can't rate Andy's work highly enough.

Only thing left is to replace the elk tip with an ADR soft as i find the elk too soft.

Andi do you mind me asking what price you paid for the cue?
