Cue alterations - who's good?

Got a nice cue, its 9.3-9.4mm.
Just want it taken down a touch to 9mm and the shaft made a little thinner
Feels too bulky for me.

I am in Cornwall but happy to post.

Don't want to pay the earth but happy to pay a decent price for decent craftsmanship.

Any recommendations?

Andy Travis did a friend's cue with a new ferrule and trim down the shaft a bit, great job
quick and reasonable price.

got to add that AT has done a few referulles and refurbs for various friends of mine and all have been spot on. The post above was a ferrule reduction and shaft trim.
