Anyone bought from here recently?

I bought and paid for the snooker version of cue last night which went through fine but I just rang not too long ago to find out when posting and telephone just goes to tone???

So now just a little worried that I've made a booby

A lot of companies don't maintain there websites, but if you paid through PayPal or with a credit card you should be fine. I had a similar experience with Aurora, raised it through PayPal and they quickly responded.

or maybe accidentally dialled the fax number instead? it's only 1 digit different to the normal number ...

They are still trading, I only spoke to Neil a few days ago, i'll give him a call for you and tell him the telephone number is not working and I will email his wife who handles the orders and make sure she got it.

I have 3 of these cues, two like the ones on the website and a original wood one, and they are great, I find them invaluable when coaching.

Neil is coaching today but he will confirm the order with me when he has finished but he says the site is working and they are receiving orders ok and he knows about the telephone number problem.
