All I was told is that he'd been out of UK for some one or two weeks. I think that's why you didn't get any replies.

I have sent Trevor a couple of emails and not received replies, either. I don't want to hassle him because I can imagine how busy he is, but he usually gets back to me within a couple of days or so. Is he still away?

there's no guarantee that a custom cue will suite you at least its still got some value, its the nature of the beast.
