  • Need some help with cues..

Hey guys, my names George, I'm new on these forums so hello to all!

I'm after some help with identifying snooker cues, basically my step father has recently sold he's snooker club business and has left a butt-load of old snooker cues to me to get rid of. I had made the below list of all the cues I have, just wondering if anyone could tell me if any of them could potentially be worth anything?

    BCE ques:
    Ronnie O' Sullivan
    Boxxer USA supagrip
Jimmy White signiture cues (Heritage collection)
couple of other BCE cues with the older triangle symbol

    Snooker Craft Cues:
not much info on these ones, they just say Snooker craft made in England, one of them has matching grain running throughout, the other is in 3 pieces.

    Lewis & Wilson Cue

    Power Glide Cues:
    John Parrot Signiture
    Excalibur
    Embassy world snooker, envoy
    embassy world snooker, arena

    Barracuda competition cue

    Cue Craft:
The Dukies? 1 solid piece cue
    Carlton

    Riley:
2 part extender, long or short
    modeno
    Storm
    club

    Winmau cue

    Unknown
(symbol: 4 solid to fading triangles with circle in middle, matching grain on this one)

    HCS Warwick quality ash

House of Eaton? - Pro shot

    y-Elite?

any info would be very much appreciated! ask me if you would like to see a picture of any of them!

    Interesting collection!

The Powerglides will all sell on ebay or here. Not sure about the JP signature if it's modern or vintage. The other three should sell £40-80 but prices are variable at each auction.

Wow ! The Lewis & Wilson will be worth some solid quid. According to my family members (as I don't play), L&W cues made the best cues in terms of playability. The one in picture should go for at least 700 pounds as a collector's item even if not purchased for play.

          Thank you for the pictures

I think you would be very lucky to get £40 for it

Lewis & Wilson are regarded as very nice cues (Dave Buswell and Chris Smith at Mastercraft used to work there) but I doubt £700-worth. I am glad to be proved wrong though
The cue above looks to be 1980s.
                Up the TSF! :snooker:

So it appears all cues are centre split, these are no longer desirable to any serious player, you would be better off selling them on ebay, but expect very low prices !!

Some lovely pics, thanks for that. The Lewis and Wilson has a smashing badge. Liking that. Shame they're all centre jointed.

Stick em on ebay, they'll move and even if they don't make lots of money, at least someone has a new cue that might be played with.
