What are the top ten cues you've played with in terms of playability and suitability to your game? I've said 10 as there are some serious cue tarts on here! If less than ten, no probs!
Here's mine:
1. Purist (air-angel ash, late '80s). Woodier than a woody thing, max feel.
2. JPU 1-piece (kiln angel?)
3. Purist centre-split (air-angel, mid '80s)
4. CJ ash
5. Glover maple
6. Powerglide custom ('80s, solid silver nameplate edition, air-angel)
7. Cue Craft Monarch (and it was a 3/4 which goes against everything that makes sense!)
8. Cue Craft Custom
9. Parris trad (not mine, my mate's cue, another 3/4!)
10. Phoenix custom (makes the list only because of how dynamic a cue this is for top power but clunk clunk clunk on the resonance front lol)
Tried hundreds of cues from many makers but these were the ones that stood out. Over to you.
