reading what ive put i dont no what sane is but sounded good , regarding drinking then thats more like it great life to live skin full curry a few frames work hard play hard , life can be very boring , one life live it enjoy ya sen as for the mrs every good man has a good woman behind him so she would be too busy buying things than realising ive overtook both bedrooms haha , she hasnt seen the bottom of her wardrobe for a few year , time to have a shufty and sell a few Radley bags ect to fund my stick obsession good man anytime Ramon , i may need you to say the cues belong to you and im storing them till you move house haha great stuff :snooker: but the other day she said if she signs for anymore plumbers pipe we could open a plumbers shop lol good job she dont no whats inside , until she gets her bank statement , she thinks plumbing materials are very expensive hahahaha especially the pipe lol but she is one step infront as she also said every tube she takes off the delivery man she buying a pair a shoes ouch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

haha ye just klicked on the double pun lol, and sober as a judge , yes the unique feels and looks nice , ive just put a new Mui tip on it ready for tomorrow to take it for a spin , it was my lad who wanted the cue so i did the deal for one of mine , will i see the money ? i ask my sen , i cant leave my sen wide open so whats mine is his :surprise:

Also, let's stop having a go at MB or otherwise... I actually think blaster contributes a lot to the forum, so I feel he deserves a bit of rope when he loses sight of the topic.

It's detracting from the actual appeal of the forum... Too many threads descending into farce...

And MB... you very well know that TW wasn't insulting or poking fun at anyone who suffers from mental illness, so don't run with that any further...

Yes, MB does contribute well from the little I see or read of it. He appears to be posting all over the place and engages with many discussions. Whether his opinions and views are correct, valid or sensible at all times is another matter. But that aside, discussion boards need people who contribute, so on the whole he is excellent for this place. However, it's not difficult to see when and how the problems start to arise with some of his posting, but that's for others to raise as and when they may feel the need or desire.

For me, well, I rarely post anything here and rarely even log in. I look at the site here and there on occasion, but only briefly scan over what is being discussed, and in the main I don't engage. I don't often have the time or the inclination to do so, but when I do, it's virtually always on the cues section as this is where my interest (if you can call it that) lies.

As I actually pointed out to MB in a reply to a private email he sent me, I only post when I feel I have something to offer, and mainly, when I feel opinions or advice being put forward by whoever / anyone is a little wide of the mark, is misleading and serves people badly. I might then put an alternative view across in an attempt to give people things to consider for themselves, and, try to give rational and sensible reasons behind what I write. I would never write anything with any agenda to steer anyone in any particular direction, and definitely not with the aim of filling my own pockets. I would never use this forum to promote myself, it's just not on in my view and should never be allowed. What I write is for the benefit of those who read it, in the hope that I can give people something to think about and ask questions on, so they can arrive at an informed decision as to what sounds like the truth. Whether I manage that I don't know, but it's the motive behind what I write.

MB knows full well that my use of certain phrases are not meant in any malicious sense, but chooses to place those comments in a context which was obviously not as intended. This in itself is questionable, but whatever, I am not concerned by that. People who visit and read posts here will weigh each and every one of us up by ALL our contributions, not just a few posts on one thread alone. If that's not how they come to their conclusions about the essence of who the members really are, then it's not my place to try to change that.

If I had to offer advice to MB (not that it's my place to do that) I would suggest considerably less dogma in his posting style. Putting forward what is so obviously subjective thinking as factually correct just doesn't serve him well. There is no way to back up and prove some of it, and so to comment on issues as though his views are worth more than the next person's serves to alienate, inflame and create argument. Of course, argument can be good sometimes, it injects a bit of passion and gets people involved. However, when it appears to be everywhere and about everything, it's starts to wear and becomes tiring. That will ultimately drive people away I'd have thought, but I guess I'm speaking for my own view towards that, so could be wrong.

Anyhow, enough from me.
