That is a bit insulting of Trevor's cues there MB - I only had four of them in total so maybe cant speak for all of them that he churns out and maybe you would get the odd dead one not to your own particular taste but same goes for Parris and company as wood is not a consistent thing is it - its a natural product and you will never get two cues the same from anyone - what I can say is the ones I have owned down the years have been right up there with some of the best cues ever made - and his craftsmanship and attention to detail is wonderful.

Barking up the wrong tree here I think - have you ever owned one to comment like you do?

well heres a summary on the Unique Parris cue , plays very well lovely and stiff great taper , more of a feel of a Mike Wooldridge Black Legend on the butt flatt, and very tempted to keep it as its a little short for my lad but he still took it out today so still a good sign its a good cue/player , i had 2 frames with it and couldnt fault it really as its my length and find i can play well with most cues that have a decent tip on but not a walking stick :snooker: , seems a very good cue and touch in the balls and great power and feels so solid so just a little info to this 30 page thread of the most talked about parris cue lately cheers guys , dont no if we will see anymore on here or ebay ect to compare the look of it , will be interesting to see and hear about another one or two after the start this one got :snooker:

no problem , its not much of a rite up as yet but all in all a nice cue feels more up to date with the likes of Jason Owens and Ton Praram cues ive used , but the feel of the but is like rounded more on the flat like the MW Black Legend Cues and feels good

                            • Spoke to John Parris a week or so ago and he let slip he was waiting for a batch of Ultimate shafts to come in, then quickly said to be ready! Also mentioned I'd get my cue quicker if it was just ebony as I wouldnt have to wait for it to be spliced with the design I want!
