I think the one dubious thing about this cue is JP apparantly is finding it difficult to find suitable ash to make any of the 1pc cue ranges with shafts deemed good enough, especially for the made to measure range and particularly Ultimates.

This unique cue not only is new but the shaft looks ultimate grade quality, something I feel he would have reserved for the made to measure range if such a shaft comes available. Surely if JP was to release a new cue to the standard range its unlikely to include any 1pc models given the fact that these take longer to make and harder to source the shafts!
Dubious to say the least, JP never misses the opportunity to put new models on the website either, something doesn't sit right for me here, sorry Rikki.
