    none of these
Unique is (sort of) entry level cue which I believe was only sold via the shop and not the website, may have changed though

    • Thanks deanh for confirming its none of these grades. Strange I got your message only in email and not on TSF.

      • sometimes older threads have this behaviour, posting and waiting, logging out and back in sometimes cures the issue and the posts appear

Just because they are not "Special, Paragon or Ultimate" does not mean they are not nice cues, they could be the "one" for you - until you try and play one you will never know
Just because a cue is listed as "AAAA" grade ash (whatever that means?), does not mean it will be a great player for you, may be for someone else though
Wood is a natural material and properties can vary even from the same tree/board.

More should be made of this in my opinion. Robert Osborne said so himself when I visited his workshop. Green and black plates aren't guaranteed to play any better. They might look nicer so spend the money if that's what you're in to. don't be fooled into thinking it has anything to do with quality or how well it plays
