Genuine or fake John Parris? Please Help!

I have bought a John Parris superior cue from eBay! Could your guys please help me to identify the cue is genuine or not? I can't attached large picture files in this forum. So I have to upload the pics on my Instagram to let ur guys check for me.

Yes a bit short. However 56cm it just suits me.
I think is genuine too, as when I touched the cue it feels different from the other cues I owned before

I paid 290 for it and pick up in Manchester. Thanks a lot guys! That is very helpful

They darken over time, i thought maybe just not picking up very well in pics as no straight on view ?
Maybe buyer can confirm they are actually purple

Well my one is about 20yrs old and it hasnt darkened that much, could be just a bad pic tho.
