Well a week and a day and still no answer, not the best customer service. I'll leave it for a couple of days and see if anyone wants to answer their emails then I'll call the sop if not!

dont know what you guys do for a living but i run a business too and really would love the 629th new message of the day asking why the drill hole is too deep on a product that left my shop years ago
