He did say those shafts were around 12.5mm to 13mm at the tip so the rest would be done by hand.

He was one of the best players in the league prior to his new investment but his form has since disappeared and he has had it two seasons.

Because he was good and now has won an average of half his games over the last two years, his opponents gave him a new nickname of '50 cent.'

Needless to say, he ain't too happy about it as they talk about his nickname and then the price he paid for his cue.

Am I blaming the cue? Nah, have no idea why his forms dropped that much...............like the nickname though.

                  So did I.

Never managed to ask him about his nickname yet, can't keep a straight face when I've tried.

Ah. I was wondering when the hand made bit came in (don't answer that, it's for my own enjoyment!).

He did also say he can't remember anything on his website saying that all his cues were hand planed completely by hand but everything is done in the workshop

I've found the only cuemakers who can meet my requirements are those mentioned above who are one-man bands although of course MW does has 1 helper or apprentice in Gavin. I have found most of the cues I come across have either stiff or medium-stiff shafts these days. Older cues seem to be a little more flexible and my Parris from the 80's was more a medium flex.
Been debating flexes down the club. Does anyone know if there is a standard measure of flex between a stiff, medium and high flex cue?

Is the "what's the Roger" similar to our own local term "what's the Hampden " ( hampden roar = score ) where score means what's it about ?

i.e what's the hampden wae these unique cues , then ?
