Trevor White's SD joint

I have a TW cue that is about 5-10 years old (TREVOR WHITE on badge, not MUST).
I'm in Bangkok at the moment and planning to buy a telescopic extension. Anyone knows what type of thread Trevor used in SD joint? Or is there any thai cue maker (Niche and Ton Praram are close) who's extension would fit to Trevor's cue?

If it's over 5 years old it will be the older style joint. I have a set of 3 older style exts.

How long is the ext? How much do you ask for it (incl. shipping to Latvia)?
Is it a new one?

It can't be new as they are over 5 years old. They are immaculate and it is a set of 3. I will not split them as I have had them for many years.
