    No I'm with J on this one, he said rebalancing it not replacing the weight. I think he was just adding weight far up the cue without drilling all the way up.

      Andy's a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cues no question, but when i saw this clip i could only think it's butchery, if splice was already damaged or lead weight had made the splice swell and it needed a repair fair enough, and in that case it looks a good end result, but couldn't do this to a cue just to re balance it.

        It does say an alternate way to do it
