For anyone who's ordered direct from the ton praram website, does the email response from them come straight away? I ordered one and I've not had the email. Don't know if it's an automatic response or sent by someone there, and will have to wait till Monday.

    Cheers

Have to wait til monday as theyre closed over the weekend. Also you might want to check with the contact email that any specifics you had added to the order (in the comment box thing on the form) went through as the order form seems to omit them occasionally.

Just keep in mind that when I ordered, I also did not receive an email confirming how to pay etc, so I contacted him by whatsapp. After the confusion was cleared up it turned out the email he had sent had not come through so he resent it to me. Also, I originally ordered a maple cue as I had not tried one before, but immediately contacted him on whatsapp to ask to change it to ash after changing my mind, which he said he would do. In the end I received a maple cue though, which to be honest I was glad about as I changed my mind about 2 months in and wished I hadn't asked to change to ash. So just keep it in mind that there can be some confusion, and it's worth checking the progress of your cue with him from time to time. Overall I couldn't be happier with the cue I received.

Thanks for that. I whatsapped him and he had missed my order. He replied straight away and asked me to resend my details and cue specs on whatsapp. My email link to pay with the cue specs was then sent within 5 minutes. Great customer service, he seems a real genuine guy too. So much better than a couple of uk based makers/suppliers I've contacted who either take an age to respond or not at all!

Quoted me a 3-4 month wait, which is not bad either, hopefully worth it!

              Cheers

Yeah I found him very helpful during the process. The entire waiting time was 3 months, and during that I received a few pictures of the cue during it's development, which I specifically asked for. I would definitely use him again

Wanted something a bit different without being an in your face kind of design. So opted for a double face splice with amboyna burr as the second part of the splice. The ebony on both sides sandwiching it makes it stand out a bit
