You couldn't make it up lol. i'm paying Parcelforce to pick it up from DPD !!!!
Once it gets back (hopefully undamaged after 3 weeks floating around) i'll be asking for compensation, but to be honest just happy it's turned up somewhere

All arranged through Parcelmonkey, i guess they use whoever they see fit, but obviously i'll be pushing for some refund later if not offered before that point.

Expensive lesson, buyer always knows they have protection through PayPal, only way to balance the scales is insist on gift payment, or ask them to arrange the courier, that way once it's left your hands it's there responsibility.

I know you won't be bothered as long as the cue is ok, but if it had been lost then found why wasn't it delivered to the person who bought it, did they refuse it or something?

All boils down to the customs forms attached to the parcel, i expect due to rough handling they became un attached, ok so a little setback i thought, Monkey people emailed them to DPD (Twice!!) for them to be re attached so it could continue on it's way overseas. For some unknown reason it never got done, then became lost, i filled out online claim form, and now it's turned up in Southampton at their returns depot, was no option available to continue it on, just either pick up in person, pay for it to be returned or ask for it to be disposed of !!

What a mess, it's surprising anything ever turns up when you watch these documentaries about some of these firms. I don't think I will post anything even in the UK unless it's insured now.
