Found out the asking price for them both is 550.
I'm gonna offer a swap of similar value
would really like to know if the Hunt is a 90's or not.
How do i find out?

the hunt is recent, 550 is not too far away imho. I would have put the hunt at 200-250 and the TW the same.

That Tony Wilshaw is a modern one ( oval badge ) and as such they start at £365 , for a multi spliced butt . This cue with the checker work butt would probably have been closer to £500 on its own , when bought from new.

Unfortunately they just don't hold their value, especially not in pool specs

which is why i've decided to give both of them a miss.

Totally agree , " culraven " , Tonys cues are good but in my opinion overpriced , but here in Stoke-on-Trent the man has had a monopoly on cue building for a long time , perhaps because people will not travel or because they are complacent and go by word of mouth. Myself , I have had dealings with all my " local " cue builders e.g. Glover , Coutts , Travis , Jim Evans , Kev Muncaster , Matercraft etc, but I dont mind travelling and my mind is not closed. A lot of players in Staffordshire look at Tonys resume and think if his work is good enough for the likes of Potts ( 5 x World Champion ) , as well as many of the County and Interleague superstars , its good enough for me . Pretty lazy way of looking at things if you ask me.
