          I have played with lots of cues from both makers, and although it's probably a generalisation, all Raymond's cues had very stiff shafts. Depending on your taste, this may or may not be a good thing. I have found TW shafts, and playability, to be more forgiving and with better (for me) feedback on the shot. In terms of quality, I would say the TW cues had the clear edge.
