Never heard of them, at a guess though I'd say these are Thai cues he has made similar to GBL, not to say that makes them bad, but you could get a lot more for your money. If you know your specs stick them up and see what people have to offer?

I've heard of him and seen a couple of his cues- He operates out of Wexford so not far from you. Quite a few of the Irish BB pool players use his cues (badged asA&R cues) Saw one of the Irish snooker pro's on Snooker shootout recently using one, for the life of me can't remember who!

        ** just remembered David Morris**

Think he's got something to do with 147 club in Wexford town centre ( lovely club played there a few times) so you might be able to try a few different specs before you buy.

a player who comes in to my club for coaching had 2 of these A&R cues - tried one of them - was the stiffest cue I've ever played with.

apparently they're worth a bob or two

I was speaking to someone a few months ago that uses one and he said his worked out at around £350 with the exchange rate. I would say around the going rate for one of the lesser known cue makers.

£350 isnt that bad for a hand made cue, I guess.

Rather pay that than buy a nice Genuine fake Parris from Ebay

I remember when someone just sellotaped a piece of paper with John Parris printed on it to an old pool cue and stuck it on eBay.
This is how you play darts ,MVG two nines in the same match!
