    Hi everyone I am trying to contact trevor recently. But no response since last 2 months. I have heard he changed his email address from this years. Anyone heard about it ? Or has spoken to him recently?

        Yes, he has changed his email earlier this month.And I've been tried to contact him since Jan,with no response after he told me that my cue should be on its way to me by the end of Feb at the latest.

          Just another example for why when purchasing products on the internet you should use a trusted retailer or system which gives you protection. If Panjo was used anybody having problems would of had a full refund by now.

          If you have arranged to purchase a custom snooker cue from anybody simply ask them to place a one time item on Panjo for you to purchase and list the delivery date in the description, if your cue is a no show and your emails go ignored then you simply raise the case with Panjo and if the supplier does not respond you get a full refund.

          Remember that only reputable and honest supplier will be happy to use a system like Panjo.

            Is there any news on the Dollar pound conversion yet for Panjo ?

            I know you can type in your price somewhere in the listing, but it was supposed to have been fixed. .

              I just looked at the latest update they sent me and no nothing on there yet but it is on the development list, i'll ping them a email on a ETA on this being available again.

                  Hope Trevor comes in here to ease the fears of those concerned about their orders and also assure them when their cues are ready, despite them having ordered through his old email address and on hand.
                  Also to let new buyers in on his new email address for orders.

                    I was in contact with Trev a few weeks ago regarding an order. This was using his old email address. I don't have the new one. He told me he had been moving house and everything was a bit chaotic but would settle down soon. I would appreciate anyone who has the new email sending me a pm. Or Trev himself if he reads this, thanks. I am sure it will all be okay given a bit of time and patience.
