ADR will have a better idea, joint looks ok, badge looks "different" to others iv'e seen

Yeah I thought that but there was two different kinds of badges one with a plain badge and one with a very light black line around the badges

Older one was plain and the more new black plates had the very light black line around the badge like Robert Osbourne cues nowadays

I can't say for sure but best guess is it had worn away and glover made a replacement.
