  • Need my cue re-finished

    I live in Burnham Buckinghamshire
Does anyone carry out cue re-finishing to a high standard near me??
I don't want to post it anywhere

I remember a guy called Dan Sheldon or something similar from oxford, is he still around....... any others?.......I don't want to go to John Parris
    Thanks

Dan is not doing cue stuff at the mo
If you find anyone local I will be interested as well.
But then I am happy to post to Andy T, etc. for my cue work

Dave Coutts is £60.00 but with insured postage both ways that's another £40+ easy
How much would Andy T be?

Maybe you should describe what finish you want done. Is it to be regrained etc

I've heard good things about Keith Hammant based in Henley-on -Thames. Might want to drop him an email keithhammant @tiscali.

thanks for that Rob, is he a cuemaker or a cue doctor?
I have heard rumours about a cuemaker around Reading and a cuedoctor Farnborough way, have you heard anything?

Both, I've not used him myself Dean but quite a few mates have and have been impressed. Done some lovely joint work on a mates cue and it Looked spot on. Seen a couple of his cues also and they look decent- think he's in the Henly area. I know Farnborough quite well but never heard of a cue doctor over there?

Just picked the cue up from Keith Hammant...........really pleased and only £40.00 with no postage, bargain.
He had it for a week and done a re-finish to a lovely smooth dent free finish, definitely recommend him
The TW 3/4 will now be on ebay and here next week.
