My own opinion. Nobody elses. He sold me a nice cue and customer service was brilliant. I would recommend him to my friends and team mates.

I did want to crack a few jokes (like him bending over backwards, but thought better about it after one of the replies:-) )

In all honesty though. This is a discussion forum and people are entitled to their opinions. However there are certain ways in which to do it.

I'm sure reflection and thinking time will come good.

Evry story has 2 sides.
Not saying I like that guy bcuz I do'nt .
My brother deal with him sometimes and he think he is Great guy to deal with.
I myself ( regardles of my disagreemnt with him ) , did recomend him on many players .
I take my problems as a man an Not going talking behind him . Never did it .
But that guy has talked about me ( behind my back ) everywhere .
What can I say , I guss That's The diff between a man and a school girl !!
But to be honest , that was Not my point here .
To come here an argu with every member who says Sumthing about him and advertising for him , it's just Not my cp of thee .
Let everyone says thr opinion . I have seen lot of people saying Great things about him.
But does that mean , that guy makes never mistakes ?
I do'nt think so an I know enoght people who re agree with me .

I sent my cue back to have it shortened to 54" One Peice C4 GBL. Alan did the work and I received a week ago. As usual Stu was awesome to deal with. I told him he was on my bucket list. A trip across the pond to visit his shop play lots of Snooker and go to the Worlds. Here is a few photos of my cue.

Blimey if you cashed in your cues air miles you could get a free trip, it must have done almost 20,000 miles since it left Thailand!

My issue wasn't with Ramon having a problem with Green Baize it was how he interacted with other members, which was uncalled for.

Agreed, but its done now, and he has kept to his word and left the thread alone so let's just leave it at that for now. Seemed very out of charachter if you ask me, and probably a story there best left untold?
