you need over 10 posts and then wait for the systems to align (patience and maybe a logout/login) and you will see "Private message" as an option when you click on the user's name on the posts

also so you "reply with quote" a previous message so people know who you are replying to

Really nice work. I don't usually like roundie badges but I like yours. You're gonna shift loads of these at 150-250. Especially because they're hand made with a hand plane. Not many cue makers can say that any more even at £600-1000, let alone your price range. What type of ash are you using on the shafts?
