Fake antique cues.

Anyone remember the guy who use to buy plain old cues on ebay and then get Tony Glover to badge them up and he would then put them back on ebay as originals? Remember buying a non pariel cue and then being told a week later of its origins.
it was a while back now and just cant remember the guys name. Bugging the hell out of me.
